Joining Clontarf GAA

Foireann Instructions

Clontarf GAA are using the portal www.foireann.ie to allow members to pay for club membership.

Step 1. Log into Foireann Account 
Members can access their Foireann account by using the same login id and password as used previously. Please do not set up multiple accounts on Foireann for the same member. Use the Forgot Username/ Password functionality to access existing accounts.

Don’t have a Foireann account? 
You can register a new account very easily on Foireann. Go to www.foireann.ie and follow the instructions for New User? Register.
Once logged in complete your Profile details. Make sure you select Clontarf GAA as your club in the Profile page.

Step 2: Create a Family 
This allows you to affiliate all members of the family under one family grouping providing you with the functionality to link your children/dependents to your Foireann account. 

• Navigate to the 'Family' section on the menu

• Click the ‘Add New Family’ button – enter Family name and description & save

• Click Add Children – Click and fill in the details as required.

• Another Parent/Guardian can be added by clicking the 'Invite Parent/Guardian' button. This step is optional but if you want both parents/guardians to be included in club communications then you must complete this step. Step 3: Register and pay for juvenile members for 2023/2024 season

• Navigate to the Membership section.

• Here you can select the Membership Option which is appropriate to you or your dependent and make the relevant payment. After the successful transaction, you will be registered for the current season.

• Click on the ‘Register’ button beside the membership option you wish to select. Steps you must complete when selecting a membership option:

  • 1) Add Members (which includes you and/or others from family)

  • 2) Complete profile (include date of birth)

  • 3) Review Consents & Code of Conduct

  • 4) Make online Payment

Notes:

• For juvenile boys, click on “GAA”

• For juvenile girls up to 12 years old, click on GAA player

• NB: For juvenile girls 12 years and over, click on GAA Non player

Nursery Contact Lists

Contact lists are generated from the mobile number in the child's Profile section when the child was registered on Foireann.

To add your number to the nursery contact list, your number has to be added in by the person who registered your child's membership. That person must take the following steps:

1. Go to family tab on Foireann ( www.foireann.ie) ,

2. Click on 'Add Parent'

3. Here, put in your name and your email address

4. Once confirmed, then a link is sent to you to sign in and accept the link

5. Once you complete your profile, your details will be then on our system and linked to the child and therefore added to the nursery contact list.
