The camp will be aimed at players aged 13–16 who want to develop their athletic ability and sporting skills.
Four days. Two codes. One performance-focused camp.
Clontarf GAA is delighted to launch our Advanced Performance Camp, running during the October midterm for boys and girls aged 13–16.
Across four days, players will take part in a high-level programme combining strength & conditioning, speed development, sport-specific coaching and performance education.
The camp will feature:
Speed and movement development
Strength & Conditioning and athletic development
High-level Gaelic Football and LGFA coaching
High-level Hurling and Camogie coaching
Nutrition and fuelling for performance
Mindset and performance education
Recovery, preparation and lifestyle education
Practical training that players can take back into their club and school environment
The four-day programme will alternate between Football/LGFA and Hurling/Camogie, giving players the opportunity to work with specialist coaches while also developing the physical qualities required for their sport.
This is a limited-capacity camp with just 50 places available, so early booking is advised.

Please note: Players should bring their own lunch each day. A short snack/hydration break will also be incorporated into the daily programme.
