The Annual General Meeting of Clontarf GAA Club will take place on Friday 9th November 2018 at 8.00pm in Áras Chluain Tarbh.

Motions and executive nominations for the meeting must be received by the Club Secretary no later than 8.00pm Friday October 19th 2018 to secretary.clontarf.dublin@gaa.ie or dropped into the clubhouse letter box for attention of Club Secretary by that date. These require both a proposer and seconder.

Under the new constitution, a significant number of members eligible to vote are required to form a quorum at the AGM. We therefore request that you make every effort to attend, express your views and contribute to the progress and development of your club. Please note that under GAA rules, only members who paid their annual membership by 31 March 2018 are eligible to vote at the AGM.

As in previous years, we plan to distribute the information packs on the AGM electronically to all full members in the week prior to the AGM. We will email the packs and  also provide a password protected PDF version of the document on the club website. The password for the downloadable PDF will be sent to full members’ mobile numbers.
