September 4th - Ladies Under 14 Clontarf 6-12 St. Sylvesters 0-3 Under 14s recorded a very good win on Saturday against a Sylvesters team that put up much stronger resistance than the scoreline suggests. Clontarf's defence was sound throughout the hour with first and second half goalkeepers Louise Doyle and Niamh McNally saving well on a number of occasions. Best for Clontarf on the day were Iseult Cremen, Hannah Throtnon, Sarah Murphy and Fiona McGinn. Clontarf Scorers: Sarah Murphy 3-2, Fiona McGinn 0-5 (1f), Juliette Nolan , Louise Doyle and Iseult Cremen 1-0 each, Hannah Thornton and Niamh McNally 0-2, Anne Donnelly 0-1.
September 20th - Under 14 League Playoff Clontarf 3-3 St Maurs 6-8 Having beaten St. Maurs 4 weeks ago in their final league match the Ladies Under 14 team faced the same opposition on Saturday in a play-off to decide the top places in their league. Unfortunately despite trying hard throughout and finishing the game with a three goal flourish from Hannah Thornton, and substitues Naimh McNally and Elizabeth O'Neill the Clontarf ladies finished well beaten by a St. Maurs team that lead by 4-5 to 0-2 at the break. Clontarf's players of the match were Clare Malley and Sarah Purcell ably supported by Louise Doyle who despite conceding 6 goals pulled off a number of saves which kept Clontarf's hopes alive. Clontarf Scorers: Niamh McNally 1-0, Elizabeth O'Neill 1-0, Hannah Thornton 1-0, Cliona O'Flaherty 0-1, Sarah Murphy 0-1, Jill Taylor 0-1.
