 Xmas Charity Events 2007 Minimize

On Tuesday Dec 25th, the 3rd Annual Wooden Bridge jump will take place at Dollymount. The jump will take place at 1pm and already 20 brave/crazy souls (predominantly members of the club) have signed up. Funds raised from this event will be donated to the samaritans. Participants will be looking for you help with their sponsorship cards. On Christmas Eve, collections will take place in local bars, while on St. Stephens day a raffle will take place in Culdoras bar with great prizes. Cian Reidy (086-1792902) is still looking for participants and sponsorship, so please give him a call if you can help out.

On Friday Dec 28th, the 3rd Annual Christmas Adult Football Blitz/BBQ will take place on our synthetic pitch, starting at 4:30pm. Entry fee is 10euro and this year all proceeds go towards helping  5 of our Minor team  who will be travelling to Zambia with their school (St. Fintans Sutton) to work in an orphanage and Aids clinic for 2 weeks. 

Last year almost 50 adults participated and we hope to match those numbers again this year. However we are restricting total participants to 48 players this year, so it's 1st come first serve at registeration at 4pm. All Adult players will be notified by text prior to the event. Event is open to Senior, Junior(A's and B's) , Ladies (Inter and Junior)  and Social players. For more info contact Chris Mc Ginn (087-2216043) or John Keegan (086-8289665).  Christmas charity Session Minimize

Adult Hurlers Mick Keane and Peadar Hickey team up again to bring you the 1st of the Christmas Charity events, this year in aid of St. Michael's House, who cater for children and young people with special needs. The event takes place on Friday December 7th andThe lads would be really grateful if you could show your support and turn up on the night.
